During this journey, through prayer, contemplative dialogue, and attentive listening, we will cultivate a deeper connection with both God and ourselves, while discerning what God is communicating in and through your life.

    One-day retreats offer concentrated time away from daily demands—gentle guided practices, silence, ritual, and space to acknowledge loss without pressure.

    Group spiritual direction creates a listening circle where witnesses hold sorrow with compassion and help people notice where meaning, resilience, and sacred presence appear in the midst of pain.

    Intentional cohorts provide ongoing support: small groups that meet regularly to reflect, name changes, practice new rhythms, and track growth so grief is carried rather than carried alone.

    Grief Pilgrimage- A nine-month virtual cohort designed for individuals who have experienced grief but struggle to engage with it effectively.

    Enneagram: Rule of Life - a six-week virtual cohort designed to explore spiritual practices for each enneagram type. Cohorts are grouped by triad.

    REPLENISH Retreat- A guided day retreat offered to spiritual leaders to downshift, exhale, and be replenished. Available for private retreats for staff of churches, non-profits, and Christian based companies.
