This day offers a quiet space to reflect, listen, and open ourselves to the subtle movement of the Divine. Through guided reflection, prayer, and moments of silence, we will cultivate patience and presence, making room for silence to unfold within us.

Created for spiritual leaders and staff of churches, non-profits, or Christian-based companies who are looking for a guided time of renewal and rest as we slow down together to exhale, reconnect with God and self as our souls are tended to. Through intentional prayer, periods of silence and solitude, and guided reflection, it’s our prayer that you’ll leave feeling restored, renewed, and replenished.
