Labyrinth Prayer Journal - Dotted Pages
A journal designed for contemplative prayer, journaling, and presence.
Walking the Prayer Labyrinth
Walking a prayer labyrinth is a meaningful practice that we aim to include—or at least make available—at each of our retreats. Since most of us don’t have regular access to a physical labyrinth in our daily lives, this journal was created to offer a similar experience as you enter into prayer.
You are invited to slowly trace the black lines—moving from the outer edge toward the center, and then from the center back outward.
The prayer labyrinth is a contemplative practice made up of three movements:
1. The Journey Inward
A time of releasing, letting go, and becoming present. As you move inward, you are invited to yield to the moment and open your heart to God’s presence.
2. The Center
A sacred space of stillness, where you pause to receive, to listen, and to rest. This is a moment to be fully present with God in prayer.
3. The Journey Outward
A time of integration and return. You carry with you what was received—insight, rest, peace, gratitude, or a renewed perspective—as you re-enter your daily life.
May this practice become a rhythm—an embodied way of praying, listening, and living more deeply rooted in God's presence.
